We are producing on a continuous basis and deliver mushrooms on a weekly basis .
Chefs and restaurants can make use of this service.
Once a week on Saturdays we are on the Pretoria Farmers market beter known as the "Boeremark" from as early as 5:00. We are the stall next to the "Windpomp" Come early and get the freshest mushrooms

HoepHoep mushrooms is a "niche" urban farm, hopefully one of many in the future of our city.
We are a family based business and strive to produce the best gourmet mushrooms for the chef and food lover.
GROWN ORGANIC IN GLASS
One of our aims is to re-use material and our containers to minimize waste.
Our method of growing King Trumpet mushrooms in glass bottles is unique as most growers use plastic. We believe this is also the best for our organic product.
This process, combined with only hard wood species as our substrate, allows the mushroom to taste as it would in its natural environment.
We also do not manipulate our mushrooms to all conform to one size or shape but allow all mushrooms to grow naturally during this period. You will therefore sometimes find clusters of mushrooms, baby mushrooms or large mushrooms in one batch.
